Difficult to enter with pram.There's a furniture section,but you have to go downstairs(no lift).Nice clothes and accessories,friendly staff.No vegan shoes.

Such a fab shop. I like that there is a variety of gift ideas. Downstairs was a bit tight for space but I was able to pick up a friend's birthday present so was happy. Will definitely return when next in the area.

Just bought a long green dress with flowers in the Sale. Got £30 off. Just hope it fits as i didn't try it on in the store!

Eclectic range of things for sale. Lovely dresses available for in-coming season. Also very beautiful low cost jewellery. Nice ambience in the shop.

I love this place! It’s a gold mine of amazing gifts, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. My girlfriend loved her birthday gifts, and I know my Mom will love hers too

Mediocre service in comparison to other OB stores. The staff appeared to focus on individuals who they presumed would buy something. They did not offer wrapping or a bag - just shoved my item and the receipt at me. I’ll stick to the Canary Wharf store.

Guys, please organize space in the store in a bit more comfortable way, so that your pixie hair cashier lady does not get annoyed and rude when customers are standing in the store not the way she likes.
