I was very disappointed as I wanted to buy a white jumper but it had make up all over the neck where someone had tried it on so I asked if they could discount the jumper. The ladies reply was no it should come out if you wash it. Very disappointed it shouldn't have make up on it in first place

Had a fantastic experience in this store . I was unsure on picking an outfit and the manager gave me a personal shopping experience as the store was quiet . I left with clothes I would never have picked out for myself and felt fantastic . Lovely staff and great experience thank you

Awful first experience in river island Redditch, with a young rude, interrogating women in the mens section. The way she treated and looked at me was beyond unacceptable as I am the customer who is paying for products off of her. No customer should ever be treated this way, such a bad first impression. Regarding this matter i will not be visiting there again.

Damaged handbag, stitching had come unravelled. Manager said we've been transporting bricks in it, for it to fail.... Unbelievable! Ended up supergluing it back together. The've definitely lost a regular customer.
