Not a friend of this shop.
Everything is so packed together is extremely difficult to pick anything from the rail. There are some nice pieces but nit really worth the hassle.
You try anything on. Some of the staff are really nice and approachable others are very dismissive.

I can honestly say I dint like my shoping experience her.

Manager refused to take NUs student discount despite it stating that it’s changed to Totum he was aggressive and belittling will definitely tell Everyone to avoid shopping here again until he gone as it was intimidating for all customers

Verry rude man served me today started shouting at me as I am disabled with a waking stick I'm 74 iwas tired I put my item next to him where the till was he started to raise his voice at me to put it the other side of the till and move if not he would not serve me .then he started shouting the price so many time at me I said I heard u the first time he still kept shouting at me .he is so rude should not be serving customer's I asked for the managers he said he was the manager will not be going there again the black male guy is he really the manager.he needs to show a little respect to elderly disabled people .

Love this store I always find a Next bargain.

Staff helped to lookaround and walk bought some Women's and Men's Clothes.

If i could i would give no stars but i had no option. The worst rude, racist , cold assistant manager ever. Also the pregnant lady at the till 12th dec today at the till today morning was interfaring rude not good customer service at all. Yesterday 11th dec, i lost receipt and within half andetails to the rude cold manager about himself he refused as i wanted to make complain about too .however lidya was kind and polite. She saw me tearful and wasnt cold like the others

Worst customer service, the staff or the manager was rude and impolite.
I was asked when I was in the shop yesterday that I cannot bring drinks into the store despite that I told him I did not see the signs and I told him I won't drink it.
He said no and even argue back with me when I had pointed customer service is no good.
I guess this is what we get what when we go the cheap shop despite I have shopped at this place several times in the past but with this recent bad experience I will not shop at this place ever again.
Even my daughter has a drink when she was with my husband and was been told.
The management needs to train the staff on how to be polite when asking customer that drinks or foods is not allowed!
Never heard of the place that put signs that no drinks is allowed on the shop!!
