Worst customer service of the pandemic yet. Extremely rude staff, poorly put together click and collect queue - despite staff being on hand the set up means only 1 customer can be served at a time. So staff and customers are all waiting because the window is so small. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes or an hour to click and collect an order in the middle of the day.

Charlotte was really kind and helpful yesterday when I came to change a pjgyama, always smiling and great customer service, thank you so much Charlotte, keep continue like that 😊

Jordan is always helpful. One time I was having trouble finding the right size and colour for me. He did everything to help me, was very friendly and polite. Greets people in the best way. 10/10 for his service

Never had a great customer service experience. It’s like the staff are unhappy there or hate the job. Either rude patronising or unfriendly. Despise this store. NEXT DO BETTER.

This shop need to have more staff working. Only one person today on till and collection. It took ages to wait for parcel

Bought a jacket for my mother, both pockets were ripped!
Terrible service.

They should be done by trading standards for selling products with inherent faults.The jeans they sell wont even do 1 wash at 30c they come out with long white perma streaks down the back of the entire leg ( like a big white crease line) because of cheap dye and elastane.I've wasted about £200 on jeans from next h&m m&s they are all the same they wont last 1 wash.I don't understand how they are getting away with selling this stuff.

Amazing store manager and excellent customer service, went in feeling lost on what to buy for my wedding suit with my 2 groomsmen. He helped us from start to finish with sizes, colours and more we found my perfect suit. he definitely knows his stuff ! Wish I remembered his name but pretty sure was the store manager
