Be aware that even when their website sends out damaged goods, this store will not accept refunds. You need to go a different store for that. It’s stated in the conditions but to me if you can sell it there, you should be able to return damaged goods there.Top quality pricing. Low quality service.

Small shop but lots of choice of clothes and accessories. You'll find this shop is situated inside St Pancras with a wide choice of other shops. It was very easy to find. Staff were very helpful :)

Be careful with your online orders. If you make any sizing mistakes, even if you inform them immediately after the order, the only way to make a sizing change is to receive the wrong one and send it back to receive the right one paying the transfer fees and waiting three times. That is not dignified even for a China manufacturer. Way to go Ted Baker.

Staff said they would not exchange items bought in airport. However the Covent Garden store did exchange without any issues

Store manager was soo rude that he wouldn't take returns of the jacket bought in same shop under warranty.He started arguing that jacket smell like a cooking oil etc etc he tried to take to next shop for confirm the smell. We asked him goto shop which is 3 shop away, when we went there they said there no smell at all. Even then he didn't want take back again started to accuse us of being rude and threatened us.we have recorded the whole conversation if ted baker want this video we can provide whole video. This is unacceptable behaviour from store manager. Ted baker need to take serious action against such a behaviour from there outlet.

Had a great experience from Edwin & Juicy at Ted Baker’s. I was desperately trying to find a jacket in a popular size which Edwin managed to find for me. Amazing level of service, everything was arranged & I was greeted by name when I arrived by Juicy & her colleague. Friendly & helpful throughout my visit. A bench mark in customer service. Thanks guys.

Huge thanks to the lady that assisted me this morning at Ted Baker St Pancras. I had an emergency (zip failure) and needed a quick pair of jeans - very helpful and all done in 5 mins. Thanks for getting me on my way so quickly! Appreciated!
