Visited the shop today the first time and cannot say it was the best experience in regards to customer focus. When came in shop assistant was on the phone, then i felt she was making me favours to look for the right sizes of the shoes i asked her to look for me. When leaving the shop had nothing from her, didnt enjoy and will not be back as had a very good experience in the Bond street branch.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff, including certain staff members who recently left after several years. They're never pushy but so helpful. Even when they're busy or on the phone they are super present and generous. A credit to your brand.
