Great store: Its very approachable, located in the Lombardy market. It's usually very busy and even more so during sale period. I got some fabulous clothes from here as there is a lot to choose from with new designs added regularly. There is also next home, offering a wide range of quality products. This next store also boasts of a Costa Coffee outlet on first floor. The best part is that it is one of the few stores in this area having customer toilets. I only wish they were better maintained.

Next Home in Hayes, nice and convenient place for shopping, a wide range of products for innovative touch to your home. Next Costa is a great addition for hot cups of coffee.
With regards to parking, massive parking bays free up to 3 hrs.

Good sized shop including Next home. Good for shirts, jackets and general clothes. Shame they only stock "Next labels", it would be nice if you could get some other designer brands here.

**Long waits for collection!**
An employee advised us that this is due to a lack of staff and that everyone is turning up at the same time to collect their Sale orders… it will be like this for a couple of weeks.
I waited 28 mins for my parcels without an apology. At least they managed the expectations with the hand written sign.

Good and clean shop honestly wasn’t a dust in in finger thickness, what is usual in clothing shops, wonderful approach to the client by members of the staff, kind, calm and helpful.

Nice place for shopping clothes 🎽🧦🧣👖👕👚👔👗👙🩳🩲🧥🥼🧢👒👜👠🥿👞👢🥾👡and home stuff. Big place for parking... Overall good place. Products are little costly 💲.
