I purchased the reversible floral print bomber jacket and love it!. I had actually gotten a size too small at first. Zak went out of his way to help me through the whole process of return shipping and refunding as well as sending me a jacket with the perfect size for me. He also let me keep the extra tote bag. Definitely excellent customer service from Zak! Looking forward to Soot and Ty's next selection of designs.

Ran into Soot & Ty accidentally on a trip through London back in 2019. I was so impressed by the beauty of the jackets and excitedly bought two. I now own several clothes, including three reversible bombers and three magnificent jackets. If I’m ever wearing one of these jackets after a concert—and no matter how well I do—the first compliment is usually about the jacket!

I can’t suggest them enough for their beauty—getting a reversible is really getting two amazing outfits in one. Zak has been incredibly helpful with sizing and cleaning questions. All the best from the US!

That shop sells amazing Jackets! The owner, Zak knows what he is doing, is super nice and very helpful. One of the jackets that i have bought from this place, means a lot to me and has changed my perception of fashion and gave me the courage to express myself differently. I was craving for this jacket for months after I saw somebody wearing it in the Tube, I rushed to him asking where did he buy this masterpiece, went on to the shop and met Zak, who was so friendly and helped me choosing the right size and colour. I'm feeling special and making a statement with this jacket in my wardrobe! Look out for next hot designs!

Why does this place have a 5.0 rating at 130 reviews? Because they're fab. Because the pun in the name should clue you into what sort of whimsy, bright-colored fun this store deals in. You're going to find their own designs here, designs that they'll proudly tell you about and shamelessly try to get you to try on, and you're going to be charmed. And as a tourist in London, I have "that friend" that always loves a pair of socks from wherever I go. I'm so, so, so still grinning about what I'm going to send her from here. It's miles better than overly commercial, massed produce "funny" socks.
