Lovely well laid out shop with lots of different present ideas! Staff were friendly & polite. Will definitely go back there again!

Always a good place for those hard to please people's presents and individual items for the home staff always helpful at every branch I've been to so far too

Love the stock in this store! However the staff take forever, I have been waiting over ten minutes on two separate occasions to be served with only one person in front of me, they are too busy talking. I left without paying on both occasions, I won’t be returning to this store for a while.

Over rated store in my opinion. Some items pricy. Paying for the name. Clean, not many people in this store, maybe due to the present climate with cost of living etc. Will continue to visit as some nice things in store.

Shut this shop down!
I just cant pass this place without being yanked in to buy my wife a dress or a photo frame or a plant pot!
My bank account is a bit weaker because of it, but my marriage has seldom bern happier!

I dare not go into Oliver Bonas because I always come out with something for me, even if I'm there for a present for someone else. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, in fact they are quite wonderful. Lovely clothes, bags, shoes, jewellery, books, lamps and many, many other interesting things and gifts. On its own with regard to the items that can be found there.

Really lovely little shop with some beautiful little nic knacks.
Treated myself to a few nice things for Xmas pressors.
Will definitely be back to this store.
