Peacocks

The stuff are so friendly and very helpful, it's can be a bit different going around the shop if you have a buggy /pushchair. It can be hard sometimes to find clothes that would fit me as I'm short (5 ft 2") so buying trousers is a pain, but there is plenty of different clothing options available.

This is one of my favourite clothes stores, I've been shopping there ever since I was around 10 years old. The clothes are quite a collector you can always keep up to date with the recent fashion. Customer service is very professional and you can always have help when it is needed.

Over priced and not very nice staff, Primark is better value for money and staff are just the same in there at time, it's got and miss sometimes nice staff who are happy to help and other times staff who prefer to talk and pretend your not there and can be very rube at times

Little bit of a tight fit theough the isles with a buggy but other then that it's a brilliant store, plenty of choice and good quality stuff! I have a dressing gown I purchased from this store that I have had for YEARS and it's still soft and there is not even 1 loose thread still

Peacocks is a local chain store located within the Heathway Shopping Mall close to Heathway District Line Tube. There is also a good bus network. At Peacocks you can get reasonably priced clothes for children; ladies and gentlemen. There are always good offers. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Really dislike this shop, the items are cheaply made and over priced, selection is very limited, the staff need training in customer service,, store is unorganised and messy, Definetely will not shop here ever again.

Missed my return date but they helped me out with an exchange. Kind, polite and helpful staff

Worst customer service
I went to this shop to return a cloth which I bought online because it was a small size for me. As per the return policy guidelines, I took a dispatch note and the return code. When explained it to a lady staff in the bill counter, she was not interested and treated me as if I was disturbing their business. What kind of service is that? Is this how you treat your customer if they want to return or exchange something?
