Peacocks Romford

Cashier is extremely rude cannot simply smile or follow simple procedure to orchestrate a basic return. Will not be returning to this store!

This shop has loads of nice clothes to choose from. The staff were very nice and and helpful.

I gave this one star because I could not leave a review if I didn’t give it a rating. This is absolutely the worst shop I have ever been too. Customer service is non existent and the senior staff are rude beyond belief. They set a very poor example of how to treat customers to junior staff. The quality of their goods is mediocre at best (although on first inspection they appear fine ) and woe betide if you try to return a faulty item with its tags on and the receipt. You will just be called, in front of other customers and staff, a liar. DISGRACEFUL

0 star, very bad experience. The lady at the till today (7/1/2020) around 4:40p.m was so rude. She shouldn’t work in customer service job or anywhere. She requested me to put the water bottle back where it was while I was still thinking which one to buy, Then I hang it up waiting for my husband to come to give an idea, she told me “you need to put it back in the right place where you’ve got”. Oh, shock! Thank you, I decided to put everything back without buying anything from today & walked away! I bought some water bottles there for my daughter’s friends on their birthdays but not anymore. We chose Disney store instead! I guarantee none of my family member or my friends buy from this shop again!

My wife ordered some clothes online and sent me to return one item in this store. Lady at till said that she is store manager, she refused to make a return, because i'm not card holder, motivating it's their company policy, which she didn't show me.
She obliged my wife to come with 1year baby to make a return, wich is very inhuman.

We spent all together a lot of time to make a £18 return.

Will never buy from this store any more and i'm not suggesting anybody to buy from this company, especialy from store in Romford .

Omg! Really rude woman on the tills called Sue. Very condescending and treats people with absolutely no respect at all. Avoid at all cost -try another Peacock Store if must. Shame I couldn't give it a 0 star as well.

Good for everyday womans and kids basics. For men there are better shops within the shopping centre. Large airy store with well laid out floor plan for browsing.

Very disappointed, one member of staff her customer service has clearly gone out the window in this store . lady dark short hair was very rude an has a horrible attitude with customers. I brought a top and I simply asked a question as I got slightly confused I am epileptic an my memory isn’t the greatest . they way this lady spoke with me an other customers is outrageous she’s very rude
