No air conditioning, the shop was really hot. Many sale items on the floor. Staff were helpful to a fault - we were asked "are you guys ok? Do you need any help?" By three members of staff within a minute of entering the store. Bought a great pair of shorts though.

Staff are always very helpful & polite. They work extremely hard keeping store looking its best. As its popular with younger people it can get very busy! It has a great range or clothing & it's own brand of perfume & beauty sprays.

Absolutely love shopping at Hollister and staff are always friendly which Is why I often buy from here. However today I asked a lady with short brown hair in a ponytail if she knew where the mens muscle fit tops were and I got such a blunt no and didn’t even look at me and I said okay and then they repeated no again :( I had just never had this in Hollister and I really needed to get those tops for a birthday present but I felt too awkward to ask if she could maybe help me find them or even doing it online would have been great but I left with nothing on this occasion. But usually it is amazing so I didn’t want to give lower stars for it being like this one time. I did pick up an order and the guy that helped me was amazing.

What great service. Needed to return, I didn't have a receipt as my son brought it for Christmas. They asked for his email, he had given that so it was registered there, they refunded it all to my card. Great service, friendly lady. Well done Hollister. It makes a change not to have to beg for a refund.

Good quality clothing in lots of styles and sizes.
Staff are really helpful and friendly.
Most of their products can be tumble dried, so nice and easy.

I absolutely love this shop, probably my most favourite clothing shop in Cambridge. Staff are always very friendly and willing to help. The store always has the most amazing smell of freshness to it which I love to. Will be back soon!
