Staff do not have the time of day for customers. Not enough people to serve on tills at busy times. Female staff who evidently have been there years are not able to offer current fashion advice to young people. No investment and stuck in the stone ages

Very good value clothing for all the family. Probably half the price you'd pay in the likes of Next, with at least the same quality. Good size car park and only 5 minutes from Chester City centre.

Staff extremely nice and friendly how ever the product frustrates me, I bought 4 items, I am normally a extra large, 1 top I only need a large, 1 top I needed a XXL, 1 a XL and the next one a XXL was to small, all the same easy brand. Now I will have to make a further trip to change them all again, What is going on???

Used to be a nice place to shop very scruffy changing rooms were very dirty and untidy

Feeling quite annoyed by Matalan. I ordered 3 items which I will need for my holiday in 2 days. I order last week and I paid extra for click and collect for Saturday and it is now Monday. Apparently my items should be delivered by today but they aren’t sure. My order was going to be cancelled and ‘lost in transit’ if I hadn’t called and complained. High irritated by this!!! Customer service is not what it should be.

Good range of clothes, but the worst self service check outs on the high street. Took ages for someone to come to give assistance and they had problems.

Plenty of stock to choose from well laid out.
