Visited Chester store today to exchange an item and purchase another. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, as always, and Sharon made the exchange an easy process even though the size I wanted wasn't in stock. She ordered me the correct size to be delivered to home, sorted the exchange and processed my new purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sharon :-)

Visit this store several times a year. I find the staff polar opposites. Some are great friendly and chatty. Others are really quite unhelpful, too busy chatting amongst themselves and don't even ask for your loyalty number, perhaps because I don't look like the typical type who shops there regularly, I don't know.
The shop itself is wonderful, there is always a diffuser on and it is always very clean and relaxed. There is a distinct lack of mirrors on the shop floor though, which I like to use to see if something will be a good length or to see instantly if the colour suits before trying on.
The clothes there are very good quality and I noted they didn't really stock any from China. They are still expensive considering most I saw were made in Turkey. However, I spotted several children's clothes were made in Portugal, which I was very happy about. More UK or European clothes please. The prices you have on your clothes should cover costs of making them in these places. People are willing to pay extra to have manufacturing brought back to the UK.

Love shopping here normally go to the one in Cheshire oaks. Came to Chester with my boyfriend for valentines weekend however as soon as we entered the shop we were treated like shop lifters being constantly watched as we was looking around the store even went upstairs and was followed by a member of staff. Found it really rude and stereotypical as no other shops we visited did this.

Unfortunately I was treated like a shop lifter the minute I walked in. I wasn't wearing the best attire but I felt someone was watching me and followed me around the shop. Such a shame because I was looking to buy a lot of products and wanted more of a luxury experience which is what I thought the white company was about rather than a pretty woman experience. Such a shame. Not sure I'll shop here again.

Firstly I'm not Sammy Plays, thats my son and I can't figure out how to log out..anyway I just wanted to thank the member of staff who helped me in the Chester store yesterday.
After some bad news recently I'm a bit of an emotional wreck and I decided I would buy my wife a dressing gown but i decided this at the last minute and strolled into the store looking like a scruff, completely out of place. Within a few minutes this lady (whose name I cannot remember, sorry) was helping me choose and asked what was it for I just blurted out 'my wife who is about to go through chemotherapy she's stage 4' far too much information for a Saturday morning to a complete stranger but she dealt with it so well and helped me pick the right one understanding what it is for and didn't make me feel daft.
Retail is getting a lot of grief at the moment so I just wanted to mention this and thank her.
