Peacocks

Bad costumer service. Paid £22 and had to refund it and they refused to pay back the full price. If there was a zero star option I would’ve taken it. Pathetic.

Good place to go to for cheap and often good quality clothes and shoes.

They have an arrangememt with The Job Centre, if you pass a Job Centre course Peacocks do a cheap deal for interview suite etc. Yet despite you 'just' being from The Job Centre they are still very respecfull of you.

Whenever I have shopped at Peacocks in Dover, the staff have always been very kind and helpful. I would just like to say a big thank you today to Analisa (manager) for taking time and helping me choose the correct pair of knickers that were vital to me, sounds silly, but I’m a very satisfied customer 😃

Can never get out of Peacocks without buying something. Today a pinafore dress then even before I got to the door a navy jumper. Love this shop, so glad it didn't close down xxx

Shopping in Dover branch on 20/10/21 at lunch time when all the tills went down and wouldn't take any debit / credit cards....I was really impressed how the two members of staff handled the situation with no panic nor stress and I went out to a cash point to get cash point rather than moan or have a go about something obviously something that was not their doing ....just wanted to mention this as so many ( including myself ) are quick enough to complain but not to congratulate...recently went to shop to find they have changed the till area around so people using wheelchairs or mobility scooter like myself cannot get anywhere near the till ....Not very well thought out hope its changed back soon
