Ted Baker

I’ve read the other reviews and I’m honestly doubting if the same staff were working on the 13.01.20! I walked into ted baker London Bridge with my boyfriend, pleasantly greeted by 2 of the male staff. I tried on a pair of boots and left them at the till (as they just handed me the boots and wandered off) so that I could do a bit more shopping. They didn’t have my size in 2 of the other pairs of shoes I wanted so I returned to the till to pay for the boots only to be told they had been returned to the back of the shop. Why the other assistant didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to buy them before returning them is a bit weird. Also the black female assistant in the blonde wig was very off, didn’t smile or greet any customers. They all just seemed a bit off in this store..very strange set of people for such a nice shop. Shame.

Excellent customer service, from a young male with a terrific sense of style and so polite. I told him he should be modelling not working in a store 😃. He was so helpful and friendly I will go back and request he serve us again.

The staff there couldn't be more helpful, best Ted Baker experience! I tried on many dresses, staff went and sought out more dresses I hadn't considered based on my preference and gave honest feedback on how each one looked.

I ordered an expensive gift for my wife using Saturday delivery at store. Full marks to ted baker staff but then next day (the delivery day SATURDAY) the worst UK delivery service Hermes sent me message at before dawn that they have my parcel and they shall be delivering it on the day. Hermes is a fraud company often defaulting on their service agreement and didn't deliver on Saturday.

On Monday around 3 pm I received the message that they will deliver now within 2 hours. I had already called Ted Baker company 3 times and told them to cancel since the gift was for an occasion on Saturday.

I hope I shall get the refund on time rather than the company Ted Baker bothering me again.

Ted Baker should inform customers about which courier they use. If I knew they were using Hermes I would not have ordered.

Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my special occasion Saturday.

Very unhelpful staff. Promised the ability to return an item by one member of staff if necessary when purchasing. Rejected then multiple times once bought..
