Really disappointed!...... Looked on line and saw 3 dresses I liked. I checked on line to see that they had them at the rugby store which it said that they had and in the size I wanted ..... So I drove up the m6 to try them, only to find they didn't have them in stock! What a waste of my time and money...... The shop was empty at 2.30 on bank Holiday week

We were over visiting our daughter and she took us to your store, it was our first visit and I must say the staff greater us at the door and asked if she could help us. We ended up purchasing a few items, we will definitely be returning to your store !!

Lovely clothes, more expensive than some shops, but worth the extra.
Super helpful and polite staff.

Excellent quality of clothing. Natural, pleasant to skin. Big fitting rooms to see yourself closer, and two big mirrors to see yourself from distance.

I would like to thank Karen and Gill from elliots field shop for their great customer service helping me. Was after Addison Utility Trousers and they searched multiple depos to find the last one in my size. Will go back soon

Great for shopping for xmas gifts

Staff very good, but struggling with till computers not working correctly, left lines of customers waiting. Really think the staff should be better supported and resourced by senior management.
