Reiss Leadenhall

In store this place has a very different vibe to other stores, i usually go to one new change because the people are nicer. However, the most frustrating thing about this store is that they DO NOT answer the phone! Whats the point in having a phone if you just let it ring out. Doesn't matter when you call, 10:15 on a Friday, or 4pm on a Monday, doesn't matter. SO annoying.

Having shopped in various branches this is by far the worst one. The staff does not know what customer service implies. As someone below rightly said-cold and unhelpful. Tried so hard to sell it became obvious!! The vibe the store has put me off for sure.

Customer service not existent at Reiss! Made an order online that arrived at this store, left work early to make it to this store to pick up. It was already closed 5 mins before official closing time, no one there and lights shut. When I called their custome service they had a good explanation that their staff closes early if no one there. She said it so indifferent, as if it was the most normal thing in the world to shut early even you have opening hours. It’s like a market, no customers and so they leave, great effort and professionalism from Reiss. You would expect more, considering how much their clothes cost - to at least do bare minimum and have store opened according to the opening hours. Never mind the lady over the phone, customer service- there is none, she only had an explanation- the one she thought was reasonable (close store early).

I called ahead to hold a coat in two sizes and it was ready to pick up when I arrived two hours later. The store associate was friendly, efficient and provided helpful guidance on sizing

I visited your Leadenhall store today in London with a query and needed help and in time were good customer is rare and excellent is rarer, I'd like to say that Mason the Sales Assistant was absolutely brilliant, efficient and helped with my query immediately.

I've been shopping at Reiss many years in different stores throughout London. This store is " A Hidden Gem" as the store is located out of big retail foot traffic is always my go to store . Almost without fail they will have a very good selection and popular sizes. Not extremely busy in the hear of the city.

Their Associate Vakaris specially great 5 star service always and the rest of the team are attentive , helpful knowledgeable and proactive l even if they don't have the product in store they will go out of their way to source it. Always welcoming with a big smile and even on returns hassle free.

Bought a shirt here, unfortunately use it until the 28 day exchange period has expired.

Shirt was a medium but it was so small i couldnt get it round me..

Considering I paid 90 pounds for it And now i cant use it and they will not exchange i suggest not shopping here unless they let you try it on 1st.

Due to covid they were not letting us try items on.

Very disappointed...
Will not buy reiss again...

My advice dont shop here....

Kai was extremely helpful in getting me a well fitting suit. Very friendly and gave great advice on colour schemes etc.
