Great underwear section, but could be stocked with all that's online. Also, ordered online and came to pick the order up in store, waited for nearly 20 mins and saw others picking their orders up before me when they ordered after me.. The lady who took my order wondered what I was doing there standing. She was the one to serve me but had no recollection of it.

Pretty nice outlet sat inside a rather discreet building; it's hard to miss as there's no real signs indicating that it's a shop, staff are cool people selling some quite nice clothing, atmosphere inside is really nice and let's off a lot of positive vibes.

Got my self a few jumpers for the winter, good deal on bank holiday, the staff was lovely and helpful, got the discount too, for the price you pay I think you get one of the best qualities you can find

Love a Hollister shop!
It all depends if you like that natural trendy look. All Hollister shops are quite dark but they cater for everyone where they possibly can.
Men, women's & teens with plenty of accessories and fragrances etc.
Store is located at the start of the shopping centre with lots of choice inside

Good prices, good deals and good range of different types of clothing. Very impressed with the store after never knowing about the brand. Will be back for more now I have the app. Very happy with the quality of the clothes that I bought.

I really love Hollister, but the offerings in this store are not very good in terms of stock for women, there's never my size L/XL so many more items online and there is NEVER interesting stuff in this store like online, where there is plentiful sizes, but in store there is never anything I like, nor my size, so I always end up ordering online which costs £5 a time!! Frustrating. Then I have to return to this store anyway as it costs even more to send it back online!

Also the changing rooms for girls are really pokey, there is one changing room that is big which is suitable for someone with a pram for example, but the other changing rooms are all really small and don't have enough hooks, plus you can see loads of leg at the bottom which I don't find comfortable in a public space, also the floor is tiled and it feels gross taking off clothes trying them in there, sometimes you have to take socks off to see if an outfit works and I find it rank putting my bare feet on those tiles, there's poor lighting as well in the girls changing rooms and there's not enough space to take a step back and look at yourself to get a good idea if an item looks good or not, just small and pokey changing rooms with dull lighting that feels exposed and I don't like it!
