Don’t bother ordering online as they don’t accept returns in store. You will have to send back if not satisfied with order at your own cost. Misleading pictures of garments they have online. Very thin material used and called a winter jacket LOL Your better of placing an online order at JD Sports. I wouldn’t recommend !!!

Waited over half an hour to be served no staff anywhere finally find someone and then for them to look at the trainers and say no got the size and walked off shop has gone down hill in Leicester town centre won’t be shopping there again

Absolutely appalling shop. My son aged 13 along with 2 other friends were denied access to the shop, this was purely on their appearance. As I was following close behind when I challenged this they allowed them to enter once they knew I was with them. This is a clear case of discrimination on based on their age and gender which we have laws in place to protect people against. A formal complaint will be made against the store.

This is a total sham of a shop. The one in fosse park will only let you try one item at a time. So if you're looking to buy an outfit and want to see how it looks on you before you purchase it you have no chance at all!
Bearing in mind that they do not offer refunds at all🙄
