You know how much things cost here. Make sure you go when there is a sale on. Don't forget there is also the 'store' room where they manage to 'find' stuff they didn't know they had.

Amazing absolutely amazing service. Walked in greeted very well by all the staff. Was served by a range of different staff. My first visit was served by the manager Dale, really nice guy knows his stuff. He is the one that got me hooked on all of Lacoste’s clothes, and walked me through their rewards process. He really does help you with any style you want, as well as suggest very nice styles. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Second visit met Ameet, lovely guy, really kind and friendly guy. You enjoy chatting to him, and he is a very good sales man 😉He will make you spend money 😂, but for the right clothes. He is honest and helps you with any style your are going for. Both guys were amazing and went above and beyond. Literally the best customer service I have had from a clothes shop. Highly recommend👍👍👍👍

I came in for a refund for £100 item that did not fit. I was told that the manager was feeling angry so I should come back another day, even though I only had two more days to return this item. When the manager finally came out the back room I was surprised to find out no one in the store knew how to refund the item. I then waited for around 10 minutes while the manager ignored me and tried to figure out how to refund an item. Very bad service!

The service from the staff is ridiculous, absolutely abhorrent behaviour! I had an awful experience here, in which the staff were unknowledgeable, rude and hostile. When trying to refund an item i was asked by a member of staff if i could just keep it? LOL NO shut up xx Also the manager had a tantrum bc he was so ill, and shouldnt be at work, sort yourself out love x

I went in to the lacoste leicester branch today to buy a pair of trainers and the service I received from the assistant Lisa was brilliant. She was very friendly and very helpful. We chatted for about 20 minutes and I just want to say what a lovely lady she was. I can't speak highly enough of the amazing customer service I received so a well deserved five stars

Great service helpful staff, bought a watch which was faulty and the guy in store were very professional in rectifying the issue.
