Good range and attentive staff. The store layout is unusual with an escalator to go up and stairs to go down. The only way out of the mens clothing is through the homeware section.

The selection that the store has is fine and they can always order things for you but it is way to tight it feels like they have tried to cram as much into the store as possible especially upstairs in the men's section where if someone stops there is no way past. They could stock a few less varieties of the same thing and improve access.

Went into the store today with my daughter looking for holiday swimwear but couldnt find a matching bikini. One of your store assistants went over and beyond to help and eventually tracked down a matching set in other stores and ordered it for us to pick up tomorrow from our local store x thank you Rebecca for all your help x

The manager and the rest of the staff are lovely people. However the person I encountered at the collection till with regards to a delayed ordered item, although following due process was rude and dismissive . The manager however is wonderful.

Really nice store all staff are lovely and always on hand to help and give advice. Only thing different is the 2 big sale's July + boxing day. These sale's were really good always look forward to going to them. For the 1s that took the time to go to the stores good bargains were had. With online at one time were only available an hour after the store's opening. The 2 big sales everything in store were half price or less. Anything what was in the store the day before sale were in the sale. From display light fittings, settee's the lot. Now there's more new arrival's then sale. With less people in store. Next must see the difference in footfall at the 2 sale's.with the change. What every town and city needs are people to be out to keep them open and people in there jobs

Will be back again, the next sale is always a huge bonus too, always great deals to be had. One of the more modern stores too!

Clothes are over priced and poor quality. The staff at the Preston Town centre branch. Are rude and unhelpful especially in the men's department.
