Great customer service and no problem of parking as well

Staff were helpful during visit, clothing items also available

My main reason for visiting this branch of Next is that there is a very good Costa coffee shop upstairs. The Next store is quite big and has easy free parking right outside.

Despite being a larger store than the one it replaced in the Quadrant, it still doesn't have a wider range or a petite section so I still have to order online and either pay for delivery or go back another day to collect, which is really annoying. Costa is very nice though!

Standards abismal clothes all over the floor at 12 on a Sunday . Waited at the till for a good 5 mins whilst the staff preferred to put stock out ... worst next I've seen

Awful , staff member gave my parcel to someone else, didn't check I.d or anything, had to chase the other customer through the car park as a result of staff member not doing a basic job properly . Ridiculous

Got a pair of jeans and they were recked within three months. I went to take them back and they said its just normal wear and tear. This place is a joke. Avoid.

Always love coming here to visit Costa because of it's easy parking. Only wish Costa staff would be a bit quicker at serving and clearing up tables.
