An absolutely horrendous shopping experience. Customers have little choice but to shop here for their child's school uniform so the staff frankly couldn't care less. Signs instruct you to ask for the required size which will rarely be on the hook. A hapless staff member will sigh and spend a long five minutes finding your purchase. I think our assistant's face might have cracked if she had attempted to smile. Just awful. One star because zero isn't possible.

Helpful staff, managed to get a new blazer and compulsory clip-on tie easily. Unfortunately though as neither of the new compulsory maidenhill skirts priced at (I think) £19 each fitted my daughter particularly well, we were forced to find nice fitting trousers elsewhere.

Was told by a man working in the shop that I could ring my order in, I work full time and don't have the luxury of going to the shops. Rang to place my order spoke to a lady who said it depends on how busy we are, well you either want my custom or you don't! then she decided she would take my order and look for the garments, I said that I didn't need them now and that I was happy for her to order and I would pay over the phone. She went to look and then told me the shop was too busy! I told her not to bother. This is extremely poor customer care. Can I also add that this is the same woman (I recognised her voice) that implied I didn't know how to wash clothes when I returned a faulty shirt!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a really good visit there today and bought all I needed.
