Matalan

This Matalan store has a really wide range of clothing all at reasonable prices. I find the men's suits are high quality and well priced with a good range of colours and sizes.
There is also a good range of household goods.
Staff are always helpful and welcoming and this store offers click and collect which I have used, without any problems, several times.

What a store! They had everything! Cushions and throws were amazing and so was the lighting section! Christmas goods have also just arrived. Clothes were so fashionable and such great quality for the price! You wouldnt have your kids wearing the same things twice at matalan prices! Excellent all round!!!

Shop is hugely overcrowded with racks of clothes, no room to get between them! Would have no chance of getting a wheelchair through! Disappointed by the small range, left with just one item!

Shocking!!! Don’t know how switch island liverpool store is still open, staff standing around chatting while the queue is huge and only one person serving at the till, manager came and went didn’t address the fact that the young person serving couldn’t take security tags off so took even longer. Only went in to pick up online order but spent a good 20 minutes waiting. Never again

Well laid out plenty of room to move about with prams or in my case with my wheelchair. Lots of well price clothes always new items coming in every day 🤗 they have loads of lovely baby clothes which wash really well. Staff are always frendly and helpful.

Lots of well priced stuff, but queues to pay with a cashier are ridiculous. Plus if you are ‘click and collect’ you have to wait, rather than use the ‘card only ‘ checkout. I didn’t collect the item I had ordered online, the queue was too much, worse because it was Easter holiday time, with kids off school, and more people shopping. Only 2 staff on the tills. Before they moved the store around, they used to have about 6 on the tills, when they were near the doors.

It is very good selection of clothes for men and women and children loads of tills some self service

great for the choice of items they have, but the staff i am afraid to say let them down in a big way. I have never met such a surly bunch of individuals in my entire life. They just don't care, they stand around looking as if they cannot be arsed to be there, do not ask them any questions as all you'll get is a ''TUT'
