Clearly, as the other reviews show, the manager of this store is filled with arrogance - boasted that he gives this and that as zakat when it’s not even an optional aspect in Islam? It shows the illiterate nature of this man who has a lot of pride and no consideration for customers; I think he forgets that customers are what give him his salary; do not recommend AT ALL. Disgusting excuse of a man and not surprised given his reputation

Mr Faroq probably owner of this , very disrespectful, disgusting person , no manner at all, probably illiterate don’t know which family come from. Just ignore this shop and person . Don’t go there !!!

If I could would give no stars. The worst experience ever. The man in the shop who I assume is the manager is absolutely rude and arrogant! I asked him a simple question which he couldn’t answer to and instead start attacking me verbally. I’m absolutely mortified by his behaviour. Customers like me may be generally trying to understand the policy of no exchange for different items, which is not normal even if you are willing to pay more for a different item when exchanging. I’ve never come across this.
This man needs to learn to talk to people with manners and respect. He made an issue out of nothing and what did he gain from it?? A loss as I or anyone of my family members wouldn’t be visiting this shop ever.

I would give 0 rate as I have worst experience ever. The man probably is the manager and he is so disgusting. He was shouting at me even though my husband was with me. I have never seen any rude man like him. I would definitely say he hasn't been taught how to respect woman. I will never go there again.

I would rate this shop 0 stars if i could. Myself and my sis inlaw went to the shop looking for purple outfits for a mendi theme. As we were looking through the rails crammed full of dresses the manager (a very rude and arrogant man) shouted out, "don't pull out the dresses to look at them. I have been following you 2 around the shop and watching everything" (what a creep!) well we wouldnt have had to if he didnt cram the rails with so many dresses, how else were we meant to see the dresses? As we were walking out of his shop clearly shocked and disgusted by his behaviour we tried not to cause a scene and leave quietly this crazy guys shop he had the nerve to tell us that we needed to learn some manners.

As we left the shop we called our sisters to see what kind of service they had when they visited the shop couple of hours earlier and guess what? They were also shouted at and told to go shop elsewhere over something he promised them and coildnt honor it.

I can see from another review here this man treats his customers like dirt. Never again setting foot in any of his shops. Disgusting man!
