The aesthetic, service, quality and overall hospitality of Cave is unmatched. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome, surrounded by clothing of the highest quality and stunning fragrances. Ismael has outdone himself with the design of the store, and the quality of the products. A true gem in East London. Cannot wait to return.

The customer service was honestly outstanding. It was Eid day and they even offered to iron the thobe - so so kind. Their shop has such a lovely, classy ambience and perfumes! Will definitely return soon.

My first time using this shop and the experience was great. Very helpful staff that guided me and my son to find exactly what we wanted and in finding the correct sizes. Will definitely be returning again.

Ordered a thobe with next day delivery for a occasion. Thobe never arrived as they had "issues" at their warehouse. They never informed me of the delay and I had to continuously chase the order and ask for updates. Communication was unbelievably poor and not once did they ever answer the phone. The order was so delayed that I had to go out a day before my event and purchase another thobe and get it tailored. Definitely won't be using cave again for anything

Ordered 19th Jan, and I’m yet to receive my order. I have been told of a tracking number that is claiming to be dispatched. Calling them, no response. Emailed them, no response. If items are unable to be delivered inform your customers instead of taking their money and making them wait with no update.

Very friendly staff and Great selection. I would just suggest if the hijabs would come in smaller sizes, Otherwise wonderful shop !
