customer service is really bad .. the lady who was serving was too lazy to look after customer and before showing any thng she was telling the price which is not a good customer service at all !!!
also no respect for the customer.. collection is good but really needs improvement in customer service

I go here to get my eyebrows done. It costs £16.50 for threading, lash and brow tint which is really reasonable when compared to places like Benefit that charge double that and the job is just as good (if not better)

It's definitely not a premium beautician / salon, and does not pretend to be.

The people are really lovely - I go Friday to Sunday to catch my favourite beautician - Shereen.

No men in the salon to protect the hijabis' modesty!

AWFUL AWFUL PLACE! Absolutely horrible service at this so called beauty parlour. Lied about pricing and ganged up on me increasing prices THREE times as I sat down in the middle of my treatment. There were no prices on the bare walls either. I was the only customer in the store and was still made to wait 15 minutes. To then be taken advantage of whilst sitting down and ready, it was just shocking and disgraceful service from the two South East Asian women. Not even an apology from either one of these ladies. Will not be going back there again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and avoid this shop. There are plenty more in the vicinity.

They have absolutely no idea how to take measurements or place an order!
Their experts took the wrong measurements and the guy placed the wrong order. Dress colour was completely wrong and the owner demands us to pay him and take. Refused to pay our deposits. That’s one wedding ruined by JEENUK and the guy has no remorse on his face.

It's skyrocket prices , clothing is nice but the quality is not that great ,I bought one navy blue salwar kameez from them , the color washed off after washing once and the fabric shrank in size ,the stuff is really rude , exactly the lady

so unprofessiomal..i went for a facial mask and all I can hear were the workers gossiping about one another their colleagues a very rude fashion and in front of customers ..not cool guys ..
