This is a lovely store and the owner is really helpful. I bought an outfit for an occasion the following day. Torrential rain on the day of the event meant that the outfit was not suitable. On attempting to return the outfit the day after purchase with the original purchase receipt, I was told no refunds, so I have been left with a credit note that I will no doubt never use. I wouldn’t object to this if it was made clear at point of purchase that returns won’t be refunded.This policy is stated on the receipt, but you are only given a receipt after purchase.

Sub Couture is such a fab shop. Louise is brilliant and always helps you choose something fabulous to wear. She has amazing taste!
