I have been in this shop a few times and I have to say that Cathy is the most amazing person ever. I cannot quite understand why she is not the shops manager, her knowledge is endless and her care for the customers shines through every time I go in this shop. Cathy I am in customer service and have been for 20 years and it is very hard to find someone with your level of customer loyalty and passion for what you do. Nothing is ever to much for the team. I will certainly be coming back to Henley as the experience I have had in your reading branch is shocking and would rather spend my money in Henley as they care. Cathy keep doing what your doing as it is amazing.
