My wife ordered clothes from here, the clothes are nothing like I expected it to be. They fit poorly, the fabric is cheap. It look ages to come and the occasion I wanted to wear it for, I missed it, well done, you're terrible - do not recommend, they are bare faced liars and you should avoid them - zero stars if possible

Ordered a bag from them which came damaged. I paid for postage and sent it back as they said they would sort it for me. The bag went to the post office and they haven't been bothered to pick it up from there and have been ignoring my messages! You can clearly tell this place haven't got a clue how to deal with customers and lacks professionalism. They havent even got basic manners to reply back to me. Do not bother buying from them!

Save yourselves the stress and hassle of ordering clothes from this place! I wish I had read some of these reviews before approaching this business!

We ordered dresses from them and they came back with completely wrong measurements so the amount of back and forth that ensued- simply because their INCOMPETENT manager ignores phone calls/ text/ voice messages- was ridiculous!! When confronted at the shop (after almost 2 months of trying to get in touch and her lying here and there), she was rude, dismissive and argumentative! We finally have the dresses and they are in poor condition, not worth the money, stress and time wasted on them.

I really really wish I could give 0 star. Had the worst experience ever with them. Absolutely worst customer service ever!! All our clothes Didn’t come together that we ordered for a wedding reception. We ordered lots if sarees and lots of dresses from them. They literally delivered 5 different times and then we got all our stuff, Some came after the reception date. I will never recommend anyone to purchase from them, specially ONLINE. Worst worst business!!! 👎

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE. SCAM ARTISTS. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Worst experience ever! Ordered sarees from them for a family wedding and they only sent 2/4 sarees. When I kept constantly messaging them about my other 2 sarees they just read my messages and ignored them. When they did bother to reply they just said its coming and they are sending tracking information. They never bothered to send any tracking information. The phone number is fake too. After constant messaging alhamdulillah I managed to get my other 2 sarees just in time. Never ordering from here again. Worst customer service too. The colour of the sarees weren't even the colour that she shows on her pictures.

Wish we read reviews before going to this store. Do not go to this store. Worst service ever. Owner has no integrity, is untrustworthy and goes back on her word (even when you have written proof). Shame. Every single item (and we ordered lots) was wrong. Overpriced and ridiculously bad quality. We ordered lehengas and got the wrong sizes/designs despite taking measurements and writing out the exact design in detail. Charged a price for certain designs and the outfits came back basically plain?? Mad. We ordered boys kurta sets, the colour and sizes are wrong, stitching is the worst I've ever seen. Disgusted by this service, this store should be shut down.

Messed up my order and were wanting to deliver late so I wouldn’t have my order in time for my event - took the deposit but refused to return it eventhough it was their fault. Accused me of lying eventhough payment was made. Poor communication and customer service. I live in Leeds and they were expecting me to pick up my order from London on short notice, so I cancelled order and then the owner Moriom was being extremely rude. Never ordering from here again.

Untrustworthy!
I suggest customers Only buy from the store, don’t risk ordering in as they are so unreliable! I don't have an outfit to wear to an event because of their false promises😭 and no sign of returning my deposit, they're ignoring my messages. They dont have a landline or mobile and you cant even call them on insta! I would give 0 stars. Every review on here is negative.
