Purchased lot of stuff like T-shirt’s and socks. The strange thing I found that one staff member start following and standing behind us all the time. It was written 10% discount in store when we buy T-shirt the following us told the discount will be given only if you buy two items. We said where written he said Terms apply. The staff behaviours was like fraudulent person. Bad experience such big store just cheating with people.

This mens designer brand carries quite a lot of good choices of mens casual clothes , it caters for all ages and most of the thugs are priced fairly.
Highly recommended.

Was looking to buy a suit here and was helping ourselves when Hani came to help with the sizing. Could not find the right size on the rack but Hani quickly said he was going to check and managed to find the right size from the back. Great service, very friendly, will definitely be back!

Staff overall very good. Just the discount item is really stupid. Otherwise would have one star more. Especially when you spend so much more money. Think about changing the discount item.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE !!
I purchased a parka coat, gloves and cap. The sales assistant tried adding a bag that I enquired on the price to the order and then continued to charge me £100 more than what the coat should have been. I later realised when I got home that there was no price tag on the coat and that there was not even a receipt in the bag.
Where does this leave me ??? I doubt I will even get a reply but I can assure you that I will not be shopping here or at any boss shop/outlet again.

A very disappointed customer.

I was after a specific hoodie, i asked a member of staff about it, he said it was high street item and thats it, he did not assist me futher or show me what was available in-store, extremely lacking in customer service skills

We went into the whole bought a few items total was 1000+ pounds. The cashier put everything in one bag.
When we reached home we realized one pyjama pants was missing, we should have 15 items in the bag when counting we only found 14 items, pyjama top was under so expectations is that even the pyjama pants was next to it or near it.

We called the shop around 5 till 8 Pm no one answered, next day we called again in the morning a lady answered took the details and aid some one will call us back.

A few hours later someone called again a lady and she said they checked CCTV and that we normally have taken everything with us. I tried to explain to her but she didn’t want to understand.
We have being going to this shop for years we never had an issue but when there is one the customer service is terrible, that’s my experience.
Why would I call and waste my time for an item that is 24 pounds from the whole list of 1000+ pounds worth of shopping. I would have executed they would send me the missing item or tell us to come and collect, instead she said normally we should have, the answer is yes normally but it wasn’t there it was on the I voice paid for but not in the bag. My assumption is the cashier left it behind, but they either couldn’t confirm this or they want to deny responsibility.

I was at this store today at purchased a men’s belt, wallet and cardholder. I had checked that the items were inside the boxes and a sales assistant who was a male with glasses was persistent to take the boxes behind the till for us and told us to come around the queue. We did this and he handed the items over to a female cashier and she processed the transaction and we thought we walked away with the goods. To my horror we return home and the wallet was missing from the box. I genuinely feel so disheartened and betrayed! The worst customer service and theft!!!
