One of my girlfriends favourite shops. Excellent layout and the staff are amazing. Bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the dresses is well worth the price.

Be warned- they don't do refunds and this is unclear on the receipt. If you change your mind or buy a wrong size, you will have to have an exchange or credit note. This may be acceptable legally but is a real shame in terms of customer service.
I have just received the business reply below (I don't have Facebook so can't make contact there). I greatly appreciate all of the effort made to bring over the size, but I tried on the size elsewhere and informed the shop at my earliest possible convenience that it would be too small. Unfortunately I am now stuck with a dress that is too big, which I will have to get altered at additional expense, which won't be done in time, so will have to wear a dress full of pins.
I love the store and the customer service is great, but it would be helpful to state to customers 'no refunds' before they buy

I’ve enjoyed visiting this shop in Bury location when I come to the UK. I wish they would open one in the U.S. I do suggest the shop post a business phone or a working email. The people are very friendly and provide great customer service.

I felt I had to write a review even though I never bought anything. It was my first time in the shop, and it was so beautiful, the clothes were out of this world. I was blown away by the lovely lovely dresses, coats, shoes and all accessories. There was a lady being served by I think would of been the owner, and I went to the lady to tell her how pretty she looked. The customer service was very good and the way the lady was being looked after was so lovely not being forced to buy anything she didn’t want. The shop is very well worth a visit, and you will be very surprised with what you see. It is an Aladdins cave. Congratulations to the owner you did blow my mind with your lovely stock, and shop,

A beautiful store full of fabulous items & looked after by Justine who is so warm, welcoming, honest & incredibly enthusiastic. I bought a vibrant dress summer 2022 for my June wedding. Have only just written this review (after recently visiting the store again to buy a Christmas present) by email as I don't Facebook!

This shop is amazing. Justine knows her stuff and couldn't be more helpful. Lots of suggestions without being pushy. Have already got some 50s dresses but they look more fabulous with the accessories. Also the place Justine recommended for lunch was just right. Will be back soon xx

Fantastic collection of dresses for my Wife. Lass had about 4 customers to deal with but tailor made everyone's look and was very professional. Mrs is now saving for a return trip. As a bloke I just had fun with the little dog.
