Great selection of clothing, shoes & accessories. Ladies is downstairs & mens upstairs with quite a floor area & it's laid out well with plenty of walk space. Good up to date clothing at a decent price & they do have some good sales at times too.

Every experience with River Island is positive - I shop for both myself, my partner and children so I shop from all ranges, and I also pick up online orders. Every one is friendly and even during busy times like Christmas the queues are managed well. Great range of clothes and accessories.

Innthe last 5 years prices went way too high and quality down unfortunately. And the worst criticism is that bigger guys like me atruggle to find clothes our size.

A bit more expensive than other shops but quality good and service friendly and helpful.

My wife was looking for a particular item of clothing and looked in at River Island. Unfortunately they did not have the item she was looking for but the staff were polite & helpful when we approached them. The shop was clean and well laid out.
