Big store and well laid out, quite often doesn't have what I have seen on the internet though. Good selection of women's men's and children's clothing. No home department.

Ngl probably one of the worst H&Ms I've been too, reeeally small, barely any of the decent clothes you've seen online. No home section.

I was returning some online purchases and buying some new tops.

The store is clean, bright and spacious (which is important as I use a powerchair) There is a great selection of stock and the staff are always really friendly and helpful.

One of my favourite stores to shop in as it's never rammed like Primark round the corner, probably because of the great spacing of stock and display.

Returning online shop was really easy, the cashier was a delight, so friendly, chatting with my husband also who hates shopping, and even he said what a nice lady! She helped me navigate my H&M phone app and found a voucher for £3 off, and packed everything nicely.

Thoroughly recommend this location. Lots of disabled parking nearby too.

Be patient when using app in store as signal is poor, but works eventually.

Smaller selection of mens and children's upstairs, and the lift is clean, accessible and you don't have to wait long.

Can't remember the cashiers name or I'd mention her as she went above and beyond. Genuinely friendly and helpful.
