Good selection of clothing, prices are decent and staff seem super helpful and friendly. Usually fairly busy but that's just down to the high quality on offer.

Great deals usually on in store as well, if you're looking to save some money head towards the back of the store to find the sales section

I popped in to return some items I ordered online. The staff were friendly and helpful and quickly processed the refund.
I've always enjoyed shopping here, there is a good choice of clothing which is always being updated.

The guys in the store are always nice and polite. The store was not so crowded as usually nor the Isles were so packed with clothes as normal and you could easily keep the social distancing rules. The clothes quality is as good as it always was 👌

Hollister do the cutest clothes and the guildford store is quite big so there's a lot to choose from! The clothes I've bought are all great quality, although the prices are a little bit higher than average. However, for the quality you get, I have no complaints! Staff are always friendly and willing to help, one of my favourite stores!

Normally this store has always had good stock levels but for the last three visits they have had no male deodorant, and the staff were a bit bemused when i simply asked do they have any, so i will take my business elsewhere, so not good.

Always a good choice for every day clothes.
The interesting thing is that there are always have discounts for new members (10%), students (15%) and season offers.
Staff was really polite and help with any of our claim or question

Exchange for a different size on sale product is not possible in store. They will refund you, but make you pay for full product. Disappointing!!
