Friendly staff, acknowledged as we came in, left in peace to browse and asked for help. Some items were quite expensive. The lovely assistant offered to apply a discount for my multi purchase.

I purchased 2019’s chocolate Sussex jacket in October last year. Only wore it a handful of times and then put away until now. When I recently started rewearing the jacket this Autumn, one of the pocket poppers had come off much to my dismay.

The staff at the Taunton store, in particular Juliet and manager Suzie, went above and beyond to ensure that I was left happy. In the end, they sourced a replacement jacket from another store and offered me an exchange.

Cannot rate the customer service I received and this has maintained my faith in the FatFace brand and company. I am lucky to have two committed individuals working in the store in my town.

Visited Taunton`s FatFace, what a lovely store. A very helpful professional Lady, Kim, greeted me and was able to advise me using her experience and retail knowledge with my purchases.

What a lovely shop .great range of clothing,and really good quality. And the shop looks so tidy and organised..very pleasant staff ... A + from me :)

This is quite a small branch of Fat Face with a limited selection available.
They did have a £5 and £10 sale rail when we went in so that's worth keeping an eye out for if there is a sale on.
I did notice the Exeter branch had some ladies jumpers for £10 yesterday which were selling at £25 in Taunton, so I'm guessing they must have some different offers available in each store .. I managed to get a £69 jumper for £10, so you may get lucky if you spot one of these discounted rails too.

I encouraged my wife to try on an attractive top we came across during a browse but couldn't find her size. I asked a member of staff if they might be getting mo stock and she went off and searched the stockroom and found one the right size. Great service!
