It's an h&m so the women's side is fine but the mens and kids range is very boring

I like the store, not much in sight of shoes and bags but clothes are splendid. Store is clean, can never find anyone to help and rarely anyone on the tills. Hey ho

terrible customer service. I've tried to use the fitting rooms to try one pair of pants at 5.35 (shop closing at 6pm) but I've been refused the access, despite being pregnant and really needed a new one, as they close them early to be sure they will be out at 6. I had to buy two sizes and will need to go back to return the one that doesn't fit.

Love this shop got a voucher to spend there, was looking for a navy blue skirt but couldn't find one...,xx

This store is not for me ! Wrong age group I suppose. A huge queue for the changing room especially now there are sale items.
Went looking for a v necked white t shirt but had no luck there! Uninspiring !

Been in this morning. Took my purchases to to till. To be told by the girl going on the till .. here .. how very rude.. if you don’t like the public don’t work in a popular shop 🙄

Cute well set out shop.
Everything easily accessible (I use a powerchair) felt safe and not too crowded.
The clothes here fit me. I have long legs and arms and the clothes are of good quality and fit really well.
I'm on their membership app and you can earn money off goods, even off sale prices. I got a cool coat for £5 once saving my on line vouchers!
Returns policy good, always easy and staff friendly, although the can be understaffed here, the ones that are here are working hard.
