Awful my bag split and the girl behind the till said that i could not buy a bag until I bought something so I bought a packet of chewing gum and two extra large bags I then purchased two sets of tops and when I asked for an extra large bag she said I can't sell you a bag bigger than the products bought... I'm sorry but she sold me two extra large bags wiyh chewing gum but woildnt give me the bag i wanted from a bigger purchase for £16 this was disgraceful she could see I was stressed out and just took advantage what a narcissistic personality to have behind the till !

This lot are something else!!...Ordered a hat online that took an age to arrive, (despite there was some in-store!!) Had an email stating it was ready for collection along with ANOTHER email showing it in the sale!!..Despite this I was charged the full price, as the 'codes for sale' didn't 'match up' !!..EXACT same hat!!..The cheek! Another issue was returning a purse that had, it split & I was told that after 2 months I had had 'fair use' of it. I had to quote the sale of goods act & was, eventually, given a refund!

This particular budget clothing chain store in Ipswich is currently advertising its "closing down sale". Hurry up if you want a bargain!

The only place I can find jeggings that have been designed to comfortably fit actual humans! Staff are always happy to help. Good value clothes and extra discount applied at the till. Very pleased.

They are having a closing down sale so had a look and found Fortnite clothes for the kids. Spent £50 and got £10 off.

Big signs up saying closing due to landlord renegotiations so if you're wanting to grab a bargain now is the time to pop in. We were disappointed today, but always worth checking.

I forgot an item at the till & only remembered when I got home. Called the shop, and Amanda went to find it, and called me back to say they'd keep it for me!

Used to love this shop but it’s gone down hill so much it’s so expensive and the clothes seem so tatty I brought some clothes from there and they lasted a week at most the boots I brought fell apart I no longer shop in there
