Very kind, attentive staff.

I was walking my dog past the shop as I do everyday, like the usual behaviour of a dog, he wee’d up the wall of the shop, no biggie right? Well, one of the staff members went out of her way, walked out of the shop to call me out on the street sarcastically saying ‘THANKS FOR THAT’ I responded, ‘what am I supposed to do?’ And she responded ‘take it to the park’ I AM SO SORRY THAT MY DOG, ALONG WITH EVERY OTHER DOG ON THIS PLANET, COULDN'T CONTROL HIS BLADDER... ON THE STREET. The way the member of staff spoke to me was disgusting and it was actually embarrassing being in that situation whilst the whole street watched.

If the woman had any brains she would of seen that 2 dogs prior to mine had wee’d up the same wall and a dogs natural instinct is to wee where other dogs have wee’d. ALSO it is not against the law in any way for a dog to wee up a shop wall :)

Next time I walk past your rude shop I shall expect for you to keep an eye out for me as I didn’t even get an apology from your company for thew way I was spoken to.

It just goes to show how your customer service operates and to be quite frank, from the experience provided, all I can say is that I hope that you don’t speak to other member of public the way you spoke to me this afternoon and are as equally embarrassed for your actions.

Really lovely shop so appreciated help from knowledgable owners in picking a dress for a wedding absolutely delighted with my purchase

Well I'm not one for leaving reviews normally but I must just say what a lovely experience I had at this shop. The ladies were so patient and helpful and made a jeans/t-shirt/boots wearer feel relaxed and happy with having to buy a "Mother of the Bride" outfit. I feel a million dollars and can't wait for the big day. A sincere thank you ladies x
