Friendly staff that really know their stuff, unlike what a previous reviewer said, the changing rooms are immaculate and trying on the clothes before you buy them is definitely the way to go.

Great range of womens and mens smart casual clothing and accessories. I particularly love their knitwear, scarves, and teeshirts, so soft and wash and last really well. Changing rooms are a good size and mirrors are honest. Staff are friendly and very willing to help with finding something or if asked will give advice on colour /sizing etc.

I've been to this store quite a few times, the staff are always really friendly & extremely helpful, especially the manager & assistant manager! The store itself is always very clean & tidy. The clothing is brilliant quality & personally i love the polo's! Couldn't fault anything!

We visited FatFace Witney on Saturday 5th September 2020.
In the current Covid-19 climate the trying on of clothes in the shop is rightly not available. Therefore it might be reasonable to assume clothes could be purchased and returned if the fit is not correct. I found a pair of shorts that were in the sale as they were sun bleached. When I asked if I could return the shorts if they did'nt fit, I was told by what appeared to be the lady manager that this was not possible, although Fatface was true to size and should fit. She was curt and less than customer friendly although she did kindly smile! I might add I did have to wait a considerable length of time before I could spreak to her as she was chatting to a friend (not work related)! I think in the current times of businesses struggling to survive, FatFace should be a little bit more customer friendly if sales are to continue to keep the company trading.

Friendly, polite and efficient staff who I find always go the extra mile to help. The shop is always clean and tidy with a great range of clothing! I always come away with too many bags!!
