Lacoste

Quite simply brilliant levels of customer service at this branch. I was searching high and low for a specific coat for my son with no joy whatsoever. The staff here were so helpful and went above and beyond to source the coat from another branch and had it moved to their branch for me. They kept me updated and let me know when it had arrived.
End result = and extremely happy son!!

Great staff. Thought I may have being driving them mad with the amount I was trying on then could decide. However, they kept getting me the sizes I wanted as trying others on. Then to make things even better I got discount.. winner

Spent £190 on 4 polo shirts yesterday (great quality, the shirts aren't my complaint but the service is) had to search through a lot of stock for the size needed, a polite young lad suggested my husband try on for fit then he would get us a choice of colours from the storeroom, then subsequently disappeared (possibly on a well deserved break) we asked a young lady to help, she wasn't as polite unfortunately and didn't seem interested in helping us(she did in the end but it felt begrudgingly) an older chap then came over to assist, which we assumed was because of our exchange with the girl. Anyway, long review but basically spent a good amount of money and walked out feeling deflated. I'm not sure if they liked my 'rummaging' for sizes but I kept all the piles neat and in my opinion all sizes should be on display for all customers.

If you want Lacoste and don't wanna pay full whack then this is ya place, sizes are a bit one or the other - if your about a small or medium your good I struggle with the bigger sizes but I have had a few bargains when I've found them, kids stuff good priced too

Kids have worn designer clothes when they are on sale. Not really shopped at Lacoste in the past, but found out it had the best clothes for kids. Men's adult Polo shirt was £70, Hugo boss £80, Tommy £60, so it better than Tommy and slightly lower than boss in the branding league.

Plenty of Bargains ,to be had,with a wide choice of items. The staff,very ,very helpful, nice to be greeted with a smile....

The store is great especially the blonde girl that works there shes a real asset to the company. She's always so welcoming and everytime I ask for size 9 jumpers she's always happy to help and check the stock in the back always a pleasure.

Not my taste/style in clothing however the quality is good, some items a little pricey.
