Great range of clothing at reasonable prices. You pay a little more but the quality is great. This is a nice big store with plenty of choice, set out over two floors.

Went in here on 11th April to find something to wear to a wedding. I was shocked at the quality/poor designs in the shop.

I dont know what has happened to NEXT but the clothes have really gone downhill. I'm not sure where they are sourcing their clothes/designs from now 😥

Who wants to wear this stuff? Bright orange jacket? Hideous dresses, like something from Matalan?
I know there is a cost of living crisis, but NEXT as a brand should be better than this!!

It the biggest shop with in the city centre of Norwich, I have to admit every time I go it's very quite but I have been when the sale is on, it gets pretty busy in there, the staff are friendly and polite, the shop was fully stocked with all sizes on every level I walked into, including the children's level that impressed me.
They even have a 'Costa' Coffee located on the first floor.
There are escalators between each level.

I went too this store and they didn't have the size trousers I needed in the style I wanted. So an amazing lady rang through too the other stores in the area top see if they had those trousers. And luckily one of the stores did so I managed too reserve them so thankyou too whoever that was. In relation too this NEXT store itself. Thay are always clean and tidy and the items are always clearly marked and organised

I love shopping for my son's clothes here. There are a lot of stylish clothes options for babies and kids.

Went into homeware in Norwich Haymarket today. I wanted some help with a product, so went to the till point but was appalled to see a sign on the counter saying "assistants were working in other departments, go to children's wear" I won't he returning to Next!!!!

Offers a selection of clothes and homeware and I can grab a coffee im the costa inside
