Karl Sports School Wear

Service is ok when you go into the shop, but school uniforms are largely of poor quality. Our school previously used M & S as the supplier which lasted really well. Karl sports charge the same price but for really low quality items which the colour fades from after only a couple of washes. Suspect that they are buying them very cheaply in order to take a handsome chunk of profit. To add to this, the owner is very dour at best and seems very disgruntled at having queues out of the door at uniform ordering time.

I placed an order around 9am online for 4 items of school uniform, for home delivery. I must say 1st class service & delivery as when I got home the same day around 3.30pm I saw the package was already in my home. I've never had this quick service with anyone else ever. Thankyou.

Whilst the staff are not rude, and I did ultimately receive the items over the counter that I asked for, albeit stock they need to get rid of rather than the 'new' uniform that the school requires, resulting in the fact I will 'have' to go back and purchase more when the all their old stock is gone, very frustrating! Each year I go to purchase uniform I experience the same thing, long queues, two staff members that seem to believe we have all the time in the world, and very little customer service. Karl Sports have the monopoly on school uniforms, so I believe, please inform me if there is anywhere else you can get uniforms, but putting another till and more professional experienced staff would be an improvement.

Visited to purchase school uniform. Was served in a reasonable time, with the majority of items being in stock. The items that weren't available I paid extra to have them delivered rather than make an extra journey. Changing rooms were available.

Honestly the worst school uniform shop we’ve come across. Never seen a uniform shop where you can’t go in and try things on before joining the que to pay . Waiting in a que to watch each person try on uniform with children is such a waste of a day. We arrived end of the July to get it out the way, and soon as we saw the que we left. But now we have no choice but to go back into the shop, to return items. The quality is awful. Items that are the same size, but when you hold them together ones smaller then the other. A tracksuit that doesn’t even match when it comes as a set. Quite frankly dreading having to place orders now every year. First year experiencing this uniform shop and it has been nothing but a pain.

Great customer service and you can try on uniform before you buy it.

Have been ordering from here every year since my daughter was 4, she's now nearly 10. Not really ever had a problem but now I have it seems they don't know how to deal with problems and just ignore you instead. Waited a month for my delivery to be told it had been delivered. Karl Sports sent me an email with a paper attached from the delivery company which was written by them to say it was delivered to my safe place 2 weeks after it was supposedly delivered. The problem was I never had any confirmation this was ever delivered so now my parcel was lost and gone. Rang the delivery company who said my dog either ate the delivery slip or I was a liar and trying to pull a fast one over a £25 quid delivery. Said he wouldn't claim on his insurance and laughed at my situation several times. Told me to go back and complain to Karl Sports and he said they would give me the same attitude and be on his side ? Have emailed Karl Sports 2 weeks ago on what I'm supposed to do now as I'm out of pocket and their delivery company isn't taking responsibility and I'm now being ignored by them. Awful customer service between the two companies.
