BOSS Outlet

This is only a small Boss Outlet unit with the casual/leisure clothing as you enter the store ,with accessories - socks ,belts,boxers & shorts etc in the middle opposite the payment counter, with the more formal wear & footwear at the back of the store along with the Sale rails with prices which I don't actually class as a bargin ! On this occasion during my visit I wasn't acknowledged by any of the staff as I walked round browsing,infact a couple of staff members seemed too busy having a chat to each other !! .From this instore experience i would say its not a store I would go out of my way to return back to !

Always fantastic service from here and not too pushy like some of the mall based stores. Guys are always helpful and can never do enough. The guy who has the old Mercedes offers the best service but cannot knock the other guys.

Although this is an outlet, they still sell and can order current stock.

Not a very good experience in store today! No customer service and I witnessed all core staff stood around a display talking about HR and contractual payroll disputes!! As a managing director of a business myself , I would like to know what I’m paying for and the level of service I’m providing for my customers! Very Disappointing!!

Went here a few months back every shop we went in had helpful staff. Went into boss and instead of asking if we needed help the 2 staff ignored us and were chatting to each other “gossip” not store related. They missed out on a sale as we walked out as they were so rude. The shop was empty at the time

Went in few weeks ago and had excellent service from the gents in store who helped me out with a shirt and polo top, As I was wearing the polo straight away and wanted to smell nice asked to use the aftershave in cabinet he pulled out some for me to put on. Great service my go to boss store from now on 👍

Great service, had a little chat about holiday prices with the salesman. Welcoming on entry but not all items were available in my husbands size.

I really enjoyed my visit to the store. I as attended to by a young man who introduced himself as Damien, who helped me find the right sized shirt I needed. He also explained to me the shirts features and made appropriate recommendations. Much obliged.
