Children’s staffs are very kind and helpful which makes it pleasant to shop But adults section especially women sections staffs are mean, feel annoyed when ask for help more so if you have few items to return it’s like you are wasting their time and seems to forget customer rights. They always look busy doing other things rather than helping customers. Some are racist if you are not white you tend to get different types of service... it’s the same from the manager

I went here to return an item I'd received for Christmas that was too large. I had the gift receipt and the sales person was able to easily see that the branch didn't have any in stock and was happy to order one in. When I said I didn't live nearby she was happy to give me a giftcard to the original amount. Very good service in this medium-sized store.

I love this place for a general high street clothes shop. It never really fails to suit my needs. Generally a great range of clothing for all seasons. The end of season sales are useful for those cupboard fillers. Ordering online is also very useful if an item is out of stock, generally a next day delivery.

Chap upstairs in menswear this afternoon was very helpful. I couldn’t find the brand of jeans myself, but he took the code of the ones I wanted, found the size and style straight away.. Perfect fit along with several other holiday items too..very pleased ta👍

I love Next. The ire clothes are good quality if a little pricey. The same goes for their shoes, bags and other accessories. The staff are helpful. The store is well laid out and clean.

A great range of clothes and foot ware. Some items are a little pricey but the quality is very good and if you look there are usually some bargains to be had. The store was clean and the staff I spoke to were very friendly

Just popped down to Next Riverside to get an outfit to wear to a wedding. Im a female customer. My God - not a single item of decent clothing in the whole shop. It looked like Matalan had offloaded some of their castoffs. Really disappointing and not the quality I expected from NEXT!?
