Love this shop. But it’s annoying that they allow you to order things online and then cancel your order a few days later. Why advertise and sell something that is out of stock.

I was not impressed with this store as I went to look at clothes but when faced with a tramp with his trousers around his.knees I was.not impressed. Spoke to a member of staff about concerns as I was not impressed with the sight of this and they just said he is often in there. Well enough to put any woman off looking at clothes and they should have seen him off premises . I would add he was very dirty . Staff member just said.he often comes in - no way to increase sales. It would be better if they had better staff with better attitude. One staff member was very angry with me and my partner over the names of carrying bags. She was very nasty towards us and was also rolling her eyes over when my partner needed help. Unprofessional attitude. I wanted to make a complaint to the manager but my partner told me just to leave it.

Very poor customer service. Young lady who served me left TWO security tags on my clothing. Got home and realised her mistake. Returned the clothing for tags to be removed. No apology. Woman who served me second visit proceeded to tell me how much she was sweating!! Yuk! Staff need some customer relations training ASAP

Several times I’ve been to this store now and always get the same issues. I’m all for using the self service checkouts. But if there is an issue with one of the machines there is never a quick way to solve the problem. Twice I’ve been over charged at the checkout due to items being priced wrong. And there is only one actual person on a Till and there’s usually a big que. So the idea of quickness goes out the window ! Staff are not friendly or welcoming and being in the store is like an inconvenience! No staff on hand to help with anything.

Always a long queue to pay, whilst self service checkouts are usually empty, more staff needed to man the tills

Absolute disgrace that in this day and age, they don't even have toilets ...not even for the disabled
