House of Fraser

I went to but some clothes for holiday. The shop has a fair variety of high street brands however the service in the shop is probably the worst I have ever encountered. Having tried a couple of items on and asking where I placed them after the shop assistant looked at me and walked off. Unlike other reputable shops where an assistant actually assists the customer I was not given and information regarding the procedure. I found a single pair of trousers on top of a display after trying them on I needed a smaller size. I asked another shop assistant who said if we have them they are all out. In short.... the clue is in the job title shop ASSISTANT. If Mike Ashley is buying up the high street playing the long game against online businesses the only differential will be customer care. I for one will not be back. I will look elsewhere.

Everything expensive, still sells real fur which is cruel, hard to find sizes as nothing had size on hanger. So you end up wasting loads of time checking all tags. Young staff were helpful

As a house of Fraser you expect a certain level of quality, however the Lincoln one is sadly lacking. This branch needs a serious refurbishment. The toilets were subpar and the ladies department was sparse and didn't have many quality brands. Not impressed.

The staff are super friendly and will go out of there way to help you. The door greeters are a wonderful touch and make you feel very welcomed

Good stock levels of gents designer gear, and friendly staff too. Brought a nice sweatshirt, saved 46 quid - result!

Awesome store with lots of variety and really nice staff

We were in Lincoln and couldn't find anywhere suitable to eat. It was all burgers, pizza's and fast food. We ate in the café of House of Fraser which was almost empty. We all chose jacket potatoes 3 with the same topping, 1 different but they managed to muddle it up!

Nipped in to buy an emergency coat before I froze. Got a great bargain. Great deals on perfumes too😊
