I came here the other day to buy a pair of jeans. The guy who is working, I believe his name was Nate, was an absolute rock star. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got me the right pair jeans at the right price.

This is definitely a great spot to buy high-quality men’s clothing in orange. I much prefer it to the Philip Browne folks who don’t seem to care as much about their customers or their service.

They’ve got a stock of good brands and quality products, I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Good place to buy a winter jacket, with some quality products that will keep you warm. A few Fjall Raven products at half price in the sale. I will return tomorrow to buy an expedition jacket. The staff are all very nice and allow you to peruse without breathing down your neck. All in all an excellent shop with a nice atmosphere

First time visiting yesterday and purchased a jumper and paid cash but didnt't have time to try the product. Went back today to ask for a refund as wasn't 100% happy with the product and was told I was not able to be refunded as it is not 'company policy' to which I questioned. I would understand this if I was told about this on purchase. I was going to use this store much more as like the clothes and like supporting the high street. unfortunately this is pushing me toward online purchases more as can return items no problem and don't have to go out of my way to get them either. Sorry to share a bad experience but I feel 'company policy is unfair and wouldn't want others to have the same experience.

Good selection of men and women's clothes. Have shoes and accessories too. The staff were very friendly. They have lots of different brands. Lots of different items in different price ranges. They have changing rooms too. Mens is upstairs and womens clothing is down stairs. Also sell jewellery. Sadly dont seem to have a website yet.

Kinda expensive but you’re paying for quality over quantity! I brought an impulsive purchase of a beanie before Christmas and was shocked at the prices but if you’ve shop in selfridges in London then you’ll feel right at home. Staff is helpful and friendly just be prepared to easily spend some money.

Purchased nearly £300 of goods, as discussed upon purchase they were for a gift, not for myself. I even expressed concerns whether the recipient would like them. Unfortunately they were returned, to be then told of a no refund policy. Advisor was one of co-owners and was quite intimidating, saying I was at fault because I had not seen a small sign behind the till stating the returns policy. When I politely suggested it may be good customer service to point this out on purchase (especially if the customer has indicated items are not for themselves) he said I shouldn’t be arguing with him. Very upsetting customer service. Be warned.

Great men's clothes and footwear shop. Helpful staff and a great range of interesting brands.

Fine range of clothing here, with a unique feel and style. Well curated overall and a welcome sight in a city such as Norwich. Service has always been attentive but relaxed. Worth a browse and you never know you might just go home with a few pieces!
