Flannels

Bought a trainers as a gift, but accidentally bought the wrong model. Wanted to change for correct one, but was not available in store and no money refund available due to store policy. Only option is to get voucher. Be careful when buying something no money back.

Happy as wasn’t expecting it to be as large and well stocked as it was. I was after a particular Stone Island coat so I was happy that they had it in store - along with many other SI pieces. From Balmain to Canada Goose, they have you covered here. The only thing I didn’t like (and the reason they are getting four stars instead of five), is because of the no refund policy. No good if you’re buying presents for other people!

Not too sure about the store but the online service is horrendous. I’ve shopped with flannels for years but since its takeover the customer service is atrocious and non existent. On numerous occasions my goods have arrived, damaged or incorrect items due to a fault of their own, and I’ve had to send it back, paying for postage which they never ever refund. There’s no way of communicating with any one because the customer service is non existent. So Flannels you’ve lost a customer. Avoid!!!

Bought a CG Carson with the fur collar back in March from this store. Heavily discounted due to the fur collar. Picked it up for £895 and now retailing for £1295 9 months later. Great bargain. They have some lovely SI pieces but very expensive.

OMG, walked in by mistake saw a jacket that I thought was reasonable value at £125.
In fact it was £1,125!
If you need food banks or help with your energy bills, this is not the store for you!!

Very helpful staff, they make you feel welcome and ask you if there’s anything your looking for, they place your items down for you so you don’t end up carrying them all around with you. Brilliant experience 👌🏼

Lovely to find somewhere with so many top designer brands. Many of them are here and it’s well worth a visit. Both men’s and women’s sections offer a good selection of shoes, bags, clothes and and many accessories.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
